Very personable and new the area. Since I work a swing shift they were flexible to meet with me during my time off. They were always available to answer any questions.

We were new to the process and she walked us through everything. She communicated constantly and if we were interested in viewing a property she did everything she could to get us in quickly. She made sure we were comfortable with our choice and our offer before proceeding. We would definitely use her again and recommend her to others. She even went out of her way to make our 5 year old daughter feel welcomed on the house tours.

I will be recommending Evelin to anyone I come across that is even toying with the idea of looking for a house. With the market being as tough as it is you are going to need an experienced agent to help you get your house. What stood out to me was her initiative when it came to contacting sellers. Not many real estate agents will do drive by's on possible properties on their own time and talk to a contractor to acquire a sellers contact information. I also loved how easy it was to get in touch with Evelin. Evelin was always quick and ready to answer any call or text I sent her, even when they were at odd times. It was also nice hearing the loan officer I was working with tell me that Evelin was all over his case making sure that everything was moving along and was going on schedule, Bottom line - If your looking for an agent that is easy to talk to and really good at their job then Evelin is the agent for you!
